Ocean Walk

Terms and Conditions:

1. To redeem this complimentary parking offer and settle the parking fee, customers must present valid electronic sales receipt(s) and the corresponding original electronic payment slip(s) from tenants of Ocean Walk, together with Hourly Parking Card.
2. Each vehicle in Ocean Walk can enjoy a maximum of 2 hours’ complimentary parking. Vehicles driving in for cargo-related purposes are excluded from this promotion.
3. Customers must present the valid original computer receipt from tenants of Ocean Walk with purchase date and shop name printed clearly. Any receipt(s) of cash and cash voucher payment and counterfoil(s) of EPS or credit card, handwritten receipt(s), outdated, defaced, amended, damaged, photocopied or bill payment receipt(s) will not be accepted. Photocopied or duplicated receipt(s) will not be valid.
4. If customers wish to use electronic currency to redeem parking discounts, they must present a valid receipt for same-day purchases of specified amounts at designated merchants in Ocean Walk, and make eligible electronic payment(s) at the designated merchants using approved electronic payment methods (including credit cards, EPS, Octopus, Alipay, WeChat Pay, BoC Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, UnionPay QuickPass, Tap & Go, FPS, PayMe, OpenRice Pay, Atome, and any other stored value payment instruments governed by the Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance (Chapter 584)), along with the original electronic receipt(s) and screenshot of the electronic currency payment confirmation or relevant electronic currency transaction record to enjoy the free parking redemption.
5. Receipts of the following shops or services are NOT acceptable for this offer: repayments, bank payments, all add-value services, leasing or purchase of real estate, temporary sales booths, telecommunications services, foreign exchange services, cash-value gift cards, restaurants’ membership fees, wedding banquets, and cash coupons from tenants.
6. Each eligible original receipt entitles the customer to redeem the parking offer once per day, and is applicable to one vehicle only. Redemption cannot be made in conjunction with any other promotional offers. Parking of less than one hour will be calculated as one hour. Customers are not entitled to this complimentary parking offer after leaving the car park.
7. The complimentary parking offer can only be redeemed on the same day as the eligible spending.
8. In the event of loss of the Hourly Parking Card used to enter the car park, customer must settle the actual parking fees in accordance with MTR malls’ parking record. Cash vouchers, discount coupons or car parking privileges are NOT accepted to offset this charge.
9. Customers are required to redeem the complimentary parking offer and settle the parking fee at the Customer Service Counter before leaving the carpark Between 10pm and 7am, please contact our hotline at 2441 1397 to redeem the offer.
10. After settling the parking fee, vehicles are required to exit the car park.
11. Customers should follow the rules and regulations of the car park.
12. Ocean Walk reserve the rights to terminate or amend the terms and conditions of this Parking Offer without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of Ocean Walk shall be final.

Sun Tuen Mun Shopping Centre

Terms and Conditions:

1. To redeem this complimentary parking offer and settle the parking fee, customers must present valid electronic sales receipt(s) and the corresponding original electronic payment slip(s) from tenants of Sun Tuen Mun Shopping Centre, together with Octopus Card, Visa Card or MasterCard Card.
2. Each vehicle in Sun Tuen Mun Shopping Centre can enjoy a maximum of 2 hours’ complimentary parking.
3. Any additional parking hours outside the “Accumulated Free Parking Hours" will be charged in accordance with the STM Shopping Centre car park hourly parking rate.
11. Customers should follow the rules and regulations of the car park.
12. Sun Tuen Mun Shopping Centre reserve the rights to terminate or amend the terms and conditions of this Parking Offer without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of Sun Tuen Mun Shopping Centre shall be final.

Hanford Plaza

Terms and Conditions:
